 EXCHANGE POLICY

All toy sales are final at presspop.toys. However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box, (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.) contact us within fourteen (14) days with photo of the damage, and if we can see that the claim is reasonable, we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item or provide you with the missing parts. All other toy sales at presspop.toys are final.

 

 PAYMENT and TAXES

• Total bill amount is: Total price of items + shipping fee.

• We will ship after the payment is settled. 

• Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when the shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details. 

 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International shipping is handled by International EMS (Express Mail Service) from the Japanese post office.

• All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at this EMS website→＊

• All international shipments are shipped via EMS EXPRESS MAIL only, and we do not use regular Air Mail.

• For the shipment to arrive to you, it usually takes 3-15days, depending on the country you are in.

Presspop manufactures and sells goods intended for purchase and use by Adult Collectors. 0ur recommendation is for the end user to be at least 15 years of age minimum. Products may contain parts that may be harmful such as sharp points and small parts. There are choking hazards, and other elements not suitable for children. All products should be considered as:
